I've been an Agile Coach for almost four years, and working in an Agile workplace for a year longer. I have learned that working in an Agile environment helps teams work leaner, faster, and happier, and I'd even applied it to my personal projects and to-do lists. For some reason, I just couldn't get a handle on losing weight and getting fit...and I never put the Agile mindset to work on that problem. Until now.
I don't know how I will end up, but I'll start where most new teams do - with Scrum. I'll do a two-week sprint of just trying to be better. At the end, I'll do a retrospective and see how I did, then evaluate how to improve a little bit each time. Let's not plan too much - but just get going.
