I have learned that working in an Agile environment helps teams work leaner, faster, and happier, and I'd even applied it to my personal projects and to-do lists. For some reason, I just couldn't get a handle on losing weight and getting fit...and I never put the Agile mindset to work on that problem. At the end, I'll do a retrospective and see how I did, then evaluate how to improve a little bit each time.
